Subj: Winter Fun Events Starting up + Misc
Greeting Fleeties!
Our Federation Fun Events Mgr in cooperation with our Alliance Fleets have started up the Winter Fun Event Series. This Saturday the 20 we will have a dry run with 2 other fleets. The regular series will start on the 27th of Sept and then run Bi-Weekly. Dates and Times are presented in YOUR TIME ZONE on the Fleet Calendar and the Events Tab.
Here is how your find what Events the Fleet is running or participating in. Once you are on your Fed Character go to the place called "Your Fleet". This is where you would look at fleet holdings etc. Look at the top line of Tabs and choose "Events". Anything there is presented to you in YOUR TIME ZONE. So look at the details of the event ( button at bottom of screen ). Once you have selected "Details" you have options to Accept, Maybe, or Can't. Please do select one of the options so we know that you have looked at the event. This helps us with planning, you can always change your answer later.
The Fun Event is a PvP format with a Red Team Vrs Blue Team format. It is best of three and only lasts one hour. You fly what you have, any level any ship. This is a fun event where you can learn to work with a team and learn more about your ship and other ships.

Misc
The Officer Corp has adapted a new process for members to purchase from the Fleet Store. Once you have attained a certain level of contribution.. the store will be permanently open for you. You will not need an officer to open the store to make a purchase. More detail on this is on our forums and will be sent out Fleet Mail soon.
