Workaround For Batteries Dropping Out Of Tray

I found this on the forums. It would explain why I haven't seen this issue much...

 

There is a workaround fix for this, Have a second stack of whatever device sitting in your inventory (not equipped).

When you use the item equipped from your hotbar, the ones in your inventory are used first, and the icon won't vanish from your tray. Hope this is helpful
