New Leadership

HELLO Tides of War! I wanted to send out an email today to go over a few new things that are going on and what is in the works. First, for everyone to know is the current Fleet Leadership roles. Since Tbar is on very often and holds the highest fleet rank with Tiger and Mirada, it’s easy to think that he is the leader of the Fleet. While yes he and the others are technically the leaders, they have asked to be more of a council rather than directly running the fleet. This goes the same with our Klingon fleet. I have been asked to take on the responsibilities of running the day to day functions of the fleet with Terry backing me up. NorthIdaho has been given the “XO” position to provide support for Terry and I. So what does this mean? Well if you have questions about recruiting a friend, getting promoted, competing in a contest (yes we will be having contests very soon) or need something from the bank you can’t get at the moment, please feel free to ask either Terry or myself. I am on most every morning from 6am Pacific to 230pm and occasionally on the weekends. Does this mean you can’t ask Tbar for help or ask him to do something for you? Not at all, however keep in mind that he wants to enjoy the game a little bit and relax so let’s try to keep pestering to a minimum!
