= I R F C = Information And Squadron Philosopy

Historically, the Imperial Royal Flying Corps (IRFC) was a Canadian based training organization during WW1.

They trained pilots and groundcrew from the U.S., Commonwealth and various European countries for service in the RFC/RAF.

The IRFC initiated and fostered the cooperation of international airforces that continued through WW2 and exists today under NATO.

Our squad consists of people from all over the world.

We are part of the TOW fighter wing with 10NS being our sister squadron.

We are lucky to have great people in our squad.

The kind of members we are looking for don't have to be the best pilot but should have a mature personality, be willing to work as a team and have fun.

Squadron Philosophy:

We will conduct ourselves in a mature manner, respecting ourselves and our opponents.

We will not kill steal, shoulder shoot, vulch or cheat in any manner.

We will not engage in petty arguments or politics.

We will work as a team for the benefit of the squad.

We will help ourselves and others with problems if we can.

We will do nothing to disrespect or embarrass the squadron.

We are an Allied squad but will also fly German planes as necessary to even the sides.
