Once we stopped doing it the hard way and cleared the adds from the sides of the doorway _before_ the boss-fight (doh!) it was pretty straightforward, and should be a regular kill.
Tactics-wise, we did this as a small clustered group, with whoever was the bomb running out (but not so tightly grouped that people couldnt see who the bomb was)
