OK, this is weird,

Just picked up a new Alienware mobile laptop and it is not accepting my key code. No problem on my old desktop machine but no matter what I type I get an error in the key code.

What up with that? crazy:

Second, might this be a classic case of mixing up 0/O, B/8, S/5, etc? bluh:

If youre using the US Retail from DreamCatcher, be sure to use the correct key. there is 2 keys on the US Box.

one for game and one for multiplayer registration.

Thanks, that was it. The slip of paper that had the CD key had fallen out of the manual. So I assumed that the one on the jewel case was the right one.
