He gets one shot with no chances. He screws up, then he is gone. I always give a person a chance. Make him feel at home. But lets teach him what it takes to fly like us.

His attitude that he displayed on Wednesday to Lobo, Saipan and myself is that he doesn't want to listen in general terms and just wants to do what he wants to do regardless of our weekly training program we have in place. Thats my impression of him from last Wednesday. All he wanted to do was dog fight and bragged he was an expert on Corsair dog fighting tactics with only two years of stick time in game when I was trying to conduct my training session AAR.

From what I saw of him, he said he doesn't know how to fly at 100% fuel settings and we watched him bore a hole into the ground over on Rota as he was trying to form up with Lobo for a ground attack sortie.

I already see conflict on the horizon with him and Ranger, its only a matter of a few days away since Ox tends to talk people as if we are his homies. He will require a unique leadership approach to handle his personality that he may not like.

Perhaps a vote is in order regarding OX to join the squad? Just my thoughts..

I didn't grasp the full extent of how he was acting or flying. He doesn't get the chance then.

Good call Skipper. Its nothing personal against OX, its just that he isn't at the level to interact with us professionally in an organized state.

I haven't even met this dude and I can already tell that I wouldn't like him.
