Yes and then what? Who'll replace GMX as European distributor?

Not a great situation to be in when a product launches. eh:

Product has already launched in Europe, and GMX has been telling Tesseraction to f*ck off when they ask how many units have sold. They've been keeping all the money to themselves, among other things. They thought since TG was so small, that they'd sit back and take it and not sue. With friends like these....

TesserAction Games will most likely do the distro of future versions in Europe themself.

That's a gigantic task for a (one product) company with offices on the US west coast. I assume they'll be courting for a new more reputable marketer soon, if not already.

That's true, but think of the experience they'll get from doing such a venture.

Did Steel Beasts ever find distribution in Europe? If so, Tesseraction should talk to them. As I recall, the Steel Beasts "team" was even smaller than Tesseraction (why am I thinking one guy?) and they eventually got on storeshelves (at least in the US).

I remember them being online distribution only at first also.

On another note - wow Avon, you get around. I remember you from my OFP editting time. :)
