Ok Tbar, We've got 3 new pilots for this month. It might be a good time to get the Assassins ready.

Lonewolf1, who actually signed up a long time ago but never finished his application. He's an New Zealand, 57 years old. He has used his tag name for over 25 years.

Veinto, I think is 18 years old. He does not have TS up and working yet. He's originally from Argentina now living in California.

Oreindo, 22 years old living in Mexico. I don't know much about him. Coldfire asked him to apply.

Thanks!

Well Tbar the best way is to make a post. I'll make the post and you can correct any mistakes I may make. All I know is that it is taking a long time to get ti going and we need to move while the Iron is hot.

Here is what I see.

Squad Name: Air Assassins

A USAAC Training squad

Pilots go in and they don't come out until say Maybe SQL or WCO Rank.

They will be a separate squad from BSS, but they will be a ToW Squad.

Pilots who make it out alive are put up for Draft by other squads USAAC. (Maybe hold a draft 4 times a year) Lowest ranked squads get first pick and so on.

Air Assassins will be able to compete along side all other squads in UK, TAA, USAAC and ANZAAC sanctioned events.

Air Assassins will be allowed to practice with the BSS or other squads as they so choose.

Air Assassins will have use of ToWNET Team Speak.

Anything Else???

The one thing I do not want to do is to continue to co-mingle new guys with the rest of the squad. I want the pilots we have now to grow and keep getting better. I don't want to hold them back while we have such a good thing going. If we happen to find some really good experienced pilots, then we will have a look at them.

I agree 100%

Your summary above is correct for the most part. What I see is that USAAC will never get the training program off the ground. I've waited over a month for a simply post on "committee formation" .. its not happened even after a 'reminder' and statement from Sky that he would do so.

I make a post on a heads up .. and Hawk takes it back to personal attacks .. Sky does not understand the heads up. With this said, I don't think the USAAC has the people involved at the BoD level that are mature enough .. or can see past their noses .. or willing to put in effort to build something up .. from the ground level.

So I will take the Air Assassins .. and work with them my way.. within the ToW Club and sister to the BSS. Work it as a a rookie squad like I did with the BSS to start. So I need a couple of people to make it legal for CLP entrance. I'll see about taking AirBoss to get a name. Remember.. we can be on as many squads as we want to be on .. but in league play we can only play for one squad. So it will all be legal.

If and when.. the USAAC can every gets its act together .. then the Air Assassins would be a good 'training squad' for them.. but until then I would have to wait forever to get something to go. By taking the independent approach to start with I can work with the other community training pilots programs without using the name USAAC and move forward .. get a squad going .. turn it over to the first CO that can in fact manange a squad .. then move on to the next.

As just a general AA group .. we need to catch these pilots early .. or good majority of them are gone in a short time.

I know this all sounds complex .. but its very simply laid out in my 'mind' and I know it will work. Again.. going thru the USAAC right now would take two months..

Its important to me for you and our squad to understand Tbar is BSS first and formost and if possible for them to understand fully what I am doing.

We talk in TS if you like to make sure you can live with what I'm up to :)

We've already talked about it several times on TS. You have my blessing and I know the squad will go along with it too. It will be better if we just get it going.

You can also use some of the BSS pilots to help conduct training.

Here's another pilot for you. His name is TOM. He's 18 and I'm not sure where this place is but I think its down under, Wirral is the place.

This might be that "Hope" guy I talked to because he said I told him to come here and sign up. If it is then we need to get him going quick because he is really good, but I thinking it is not him because of his age. I doubt an 18 year old would of been flying with SWARM.

Hi Guys,

Just picked up on this thread. Gets my support, I was thinking a while back that we might consider a BSS Seconds squad, but this is a far more considered approach and good for AA all round.

As for BSS, I think eveyone is with the programme here, both the principle of the assasin squad and that despite his major involvement that T-Bar's loyalties lie with BSS.

Lets get on with it.

If it helps any Assassin members EU side can count on me for any help they need.

Here's a 5th pilot Coldfire had sent him to us a while back and I guess the app. slipped through the cracks. His Tag is Pur3.

Coldfire says he is a pretty good pilot with good skills. So, he may make a good addition to the Assassins.
