Hey it's Jonny. Sorry JoKeR for not turning up for that first match that I said I would be there for. My laptop crashed and don't have a PC. I am using my uncle's computer to type this message to you guys. This is to let you all know that I still wish to be a part of the BSS and have no intent of abandoning the squad.

I am not too sure what is wrong with the laptop. It won't start up. I tried going into safe mode and it still won't load Windows so I cant even find out what's wrong. I'll try to keep you updated and good luck you guys. I am also happy to see that we are being recognized as dangerous pilots instead of as free kills by the community. This was negated, however, by the leaving of 2 pilots in 1 month. I think we need to tighten and make the entry into the squad stricter as in following the normal policy of 18 y/o or older only. I myself have been allowed to enter at about age 14 and am now 16, so this is evidence that some minors are serious about this, but not all. Since Tbar plays COD I am sure he is familiar with the tendancy of kids wanted to only part of the winning team and hop from clan to clan like clockwork.

Its good to hear form you Jonny. Sorry to hear that you are having problems with the laptop. We do miss your skills so I hope you can get it fixed. It's going to be 2 weeks before our next match so we have some time.

about ur laptop problem u got a few options to do to sort this out, pick whichever works for u preferably in same order:

1. Instead of booting on safe mode, turn your laptop on, while it's loading keep pressing F8 repeatedly like u normally do, but on the boot menu instead of safe mood, choose "Last Known Good Configuration".



remember you have only one shot to revive your windows OS with this option, if it fails then the automatic backup copy that windows created before is corrupted too.

2. you can use "Recovery Console" from within Windows XP installation CD, restart, insert it into CD-Rom Drive, let it boat as if it's starting a new installation then on the blue screen that appears press R to start the Recovery. and u can handle it from there, it might take an hour or so depends on ur laptop speed.



3. while loading, press F8, choose "Disable automatic restart" which will let windows next time it reboots to stop and display the exact error message instead of being stuck in the middle of the boot process, which will help u diagnose the exact problem and let u act upon it.

4. if all the above failed, you still can use start-up XP floppy disk, bootable flash drive, CD, another hard drive to be able to access ur windows xp system files and do repairs or reformat, re-install..etc

5. if ur laptop ever booted successfuly in safe mode after any of those steps above, click start button>>All Programs>>Accessories>>System Tools>>then select 'System Restore'. it will let u restore ur windows XP to an earlier date, choose a restore point and let it continue.

btw, try to remember the last thing u were doing on ur laptop before ur system won't boot up again, usually it's a new software program, utility..new hardware u setup on the system which caused problems. if not, it might happen all by itself cuz of sudden corrupted system files.
