So there I was, drinking way too much beer last night for St Patricks Day, woke up with a pretty serious hangover (jager shots), and all I wanted to do once moving my head didnt cause vertigo and typing on the keyboard didnt sound like a jackhammer in my head, was kill some of you mofo's in aa.

But no, the server is down.

I'm glad you posted, cause I was ready to start talking to myself.

And to keep everyone up to date. The hangover is pretty much gone.

Went to the store and bought some country pork ribs and some nice looking beef ribs. Broke out the H20 smoker, I took the legs off and placed in on top of my charcoal webber grill.

Did a nice dry rub on the meat.

Its right around 200* so about 7:30 tonight I'll be chomping on some yummy ribs. Gonna skip the beer I think though.
