PRACTICE RESULTS

We had a fairly good turn out for practice, but still a little disheartening that more are not showing up. With over 30 members of active squad list of over 56 I would think that we could at least get 20 to show up for practice.
Today we had the following Members show up: Zarn, Coldfire, Red-Ace, Jonny, Talon, Deadlock, Packers, BadDog, PAF Warwolfsw, and myself, JoKeR.
Some did not stay for the entire practice and some showed up late. I'm just glad that most of these guys where here so we did some 4 on 4 in 2 squad format.
It looks as though we may be getting better in the GE planes. IT started out with Jonny Talon, Zarn, and Deadlock on SU and Coldfire Red-Ace, PAF and Myself on GE. We played a 15 minute round and ended up With a 12 to 1 ratio. Then we switched sides and played another 15 minute round 3 on 4 when PAF left the match. IT was still a lot of fun but GE had a ratio of 39 to our -0-. I also wanted to try the GB Planes against the GE, because I know that Coldfire like the GB planes a lot better than SU.
At this time Packers joined in and we went at it 4 on 4 again. Still the GE planes where able to control the game. I think this is looking pretty good for us. I do still see a lot of turn fighting going on with the GE planes. We all know that this is a NO NO. When it comes to the league play that is going to hurt us.
ALSO, another big problem and the most major one of all is TEAM SPEAK. We still don't have everyone on TS. This is something that we have to do. NO EXCEPTIONS. You have to be able to hear the commands being given by your WL's and info from your team mates. IF we can't communicate to you then it is useless to have you flying with us. I do know of a couple of you are not wanting to speak on Team Speak. I understand, still it would be good for you to at least try.
We don't need a big vocabulary. We do have a brevity code which is pretty simple. IF you can at least learn that with the proper responses that would be enough. Lets at least try.
All in all it was a good practice. I want to thank everyone who participated. Please check our web site for practice times. We have quite a few new members over that last couple of weeks. lets work with them anytime we can.
I will be putting up practices rooms in the evenings just about everyday about 7:00 PM EST. For the new guys to get familiar with some of us. If some of you older squad members could show up that would be helpful.
Thanks!
