If I remember right we have practices on Sunday's at 1:00? Well if we didnt I was flying in teams. I flew for half hour because the event started at 1:30 and it's some racing thing with NO shooting allowed, so no practice there. And now my parents are gonna bite my head off if I don't get off this computer and into the car to the city. See you guys next time.

Tbar did not make todays practice .. neither did Joker due to work schedule.

We shall take things EZ during the Holidays ... but all should remember 2 squad will be starting up soon.

Thanks for the indirect New Year's reminder.

Hopefully the lack of interest of practicing is indeed due to the holidays. I would hate to know that all we have accomplished this year was for not. January 22nd, will be my first year anniversary as a member of the Black Sheep.

And to my dismay my first match came the very next weekend when I just happend to show up for the match. I didn't even have to ask permission to fly. I was told I was "in" having no idea what to do.

If you want to talk about being thrown to the wolves, I can tell most of you that we have done that to this past year have no idea until you get tossed into a 4 squad match with at least two teams coming down on your team hard just because they know it will be easy for them. The Euro teams have no mercy on American teams at all.

This is why we must practice every chance we get. We are getting better individually, but we must get better as a TEAM. Let's all do the best we can to try and attend practice. If you can't be there, let someone know. It's really not hard to do. You can send an E-mail or a PM to me or Tbar or one of the Wing Leaders. If you can't at least have the courtesy to do that then you're in the wrong squad.

I hope that we can continue to grow together.
