2 Squad Fixtures ?

im confused, i just noticed on 2 squad fixtures that is says Time change for (Wash DC) @ 10/28/07 i believe its 11/4/07
is time change for (Wash DC) & 10/28/07 is time change for (London) & (Berlin). is this correct or am i looking at this all wrong ?
i just want to make sure everyones get to there matches @ correct times.

http://www.timezoneconverter.com/cgi-bin/tzc.tzc and check my conversions. I think I'm right, but better safe than sorry.. Here is some info on time change in the USA for 2007 .. and I reconverted the times for week 7 and 8 for you to check.. or double check.
Beginning in 2007, most of the United States begins Daylight Saving Time at 2:00 a.m. on the second Sunday in March and reverts to standard time on the first Sunday in November. In the U.S., each time zone switches at a different time.
In the European Union, Summer Time begins and ends at 1:00 a.m. Universal Time (Greenwich Mean Time). It begins the last Sunday in March and ends the last Sunday in October. In the EU, all time zones change at the same moment.

This weeked Europrean clocks go back 1 hour. If I'm correct it's not till next weekend when the US clocks change
