Alt+f4

Seems like ERT is having a hard time closing properly when using ALT+F4 to quit.
Program crashes and some memory instruction cant be read.
It doesnt happen everytime.
I can take a snapshot of the #0C##### that it complains about the next time, if you need it?

I'm guessing that only happens when you have binocs/periscope up?
yep, exiting the game by pushing Alt-F4 while the binoc/periscope view is up will cause a crash on exit.
ok, fixed that.
actually no, it also happens on other occasions...
one I can remember out of the blue is when I hit EXIT from the menu, then ALT+F4, then it also does this.
Another thing with the retail. is that when I TABs out, or ALT+F4 works, then Windows has this !warning in systray about virtual memory being too low (game works fine still), so it not a big deal, atleast not for me, just thougt I should mention it, since no other releases did this.
Get that message quite often when I close this game out, (it doesn't mean
it crashed, but it does crash too). Will be implementing Audio Accelerator
solution.
Why the virtual memory problem? Really don't like that message or understand it.
I have the retail version.
@Wulfgar, virtual memory is the disk space that windows reserves as virtual memory (swap/page file). you can increase it if you like.
Mine is set to USER controlled, so windows isnt resizing it as it suits it.
you should have it a half time the size of your physical RAM (those on your motherboard).
The experts says:
if you have 256 MB RAM the swap/page file should be 384 MB
if you have 512 MB RAM the swap/page file should be 768 MB
if you have 1024 MB RAM the swap/page file should be 1536 MB
if you have 2048 MB RAM then you shouldnt be needed the swap/page file or just keep it at 512 MB
I say:
I tried different sizes, and found that RAM x2 = swap/page file gives me the best result.
eg. 256 MB RAM equals 512 MB swap/page file.
