Tides of War

Here are the new wing team assignments. You should all get to know each other very well inside your wing team ad if your life depends on it, because in AA it does. Your wing leader (WL) will be the one who schedules practice sessions for your team outside of our regular team practices. At regular team practices, wing teams will compete against each other.

All teams should work together on the same things in practice. If one team is practicing Zoom and Boom. All the teams should be practicing the same thing.

Hopefully by doing this we won't have to rely solely on a wing man. If we all learn who each other flies in small teams and we all work on the same procedures, then we should all be able to know what our other pilots are doing and what you should be doing to accomplish the mission.

Question! What about second in command? Like if the WL can't get in game because of real world problems, like me for example, who would take up the duties of the WL? Sorta like CO and XO of the whole squadron. If the CO isnt available then the XO could assume duty. So if WL isn't available, who will be the one to cover for them?

Straight forward answer there JoKeR.

I would pick Tbar because 1) he has the most leadership skills out of all of us, 2) Because of the fact he put the squad together, he is the most capable, 3) I haven't seen the other pilots playing long. Now that I think about it, I never seen Hang flying, Hotshot vanished, I haven't seen Talon in a while either, Deathmark is in FLH all the time, and I think running a wing is too much responsibility for a 12 y/o.

Now see how well that worked out.
