USAAC BoD Meeting July 27, 2007 9 PM Wash DC time.

There will be a meeting of the USAAC Board of Director's this Friday

July 27, 2007 at 9PM Wash DC Time on the USAAC Team Speak.

NOTICE to PUBLIC

You are invited to attend but you will not have 'voice'. This means you cannot speak and be heard unless you have been granted privlage to speak. All USAAC meetings are public. The public can and will have appropriate time to speak, however, you must

TEXT message to the room your desire for the floor and the topic or Item you wish to address. You will be given the floor and opportunity at the appropriate time.

Item 1

Adoption of the USAAC Charter

BoD agreed a link to the Draft Charter should be presented and discussed within each squad to accertain any needed changes in: Wordings, phrases, terms, spirit, and/or additons too and/or deleations from, etc., in preperation for meeting 07/27. Fundamentally the BoD agreed the Draft Charter to be a good starting point. Charter will be put forth for adoption vote and/or futher discussions.

Item 2

Public Reports and Notices of BoD Meetings.

Who should be responsible for recording and reports concerning said meetings. What media to use and what would be considered official and appropriate.

Item 3

Membership to the USAAC as an offical Squad.

Item for discussion is the 'how to' allow squads to join the USAAC and at what point they would be granted "voice and vote". The Process of joining, the procedure, etc.

Meeting Report of 07/10/2007

A forum was present with 4 squads represented. Numerous visitors were also present.

The following Item were discussed and voted upon.

Item 1

Election/appointment of Board of Directors as follows:

FD Squadron - TZU, Skydancer

BSS - Tbar, Joker

TS - Knightmare, Hawk

USHA - Kid, Action

Each Squadron has one vote and once voice. Voice is indicated as first on the list and a secondary as second.

Item 2

Session Schedule

The BoD agreed to meet next Fri July 27, 2007 at 9PM, and there after every two weeks, and there after once a month. The exact time table yet to be set. Meetings its was agreed to consider Sundays rather than Fri Nights. Matter is tabled for further consideratation and discussions. BoD agreed in principle to continue weekly meeting short term.

Item 3

Confirm current USAAC Staff and/or changes that need to be made.

BoD voted to retain all USAAC Staff members appointed by Sal and/or authorized by Sal via Proxy with one exception. That one exception was a forum moderator which the board directed the webmaster to remove and so notify.

Item 4

Confirm next USAAC Meeting and time.

Next meeting and time was voted to be Friday, July 27, 2007 at 9PM Wash DC Time
