Will E:rt Support Lan? And Have Dynamic Patrols?

Will this game support LAN? And have dinamic patrols?
I also have to say this...
The old "Silent Service II" that I used to play in my amiga cannot be compare with any current subsim... The current subsims have evoluted much in graphics and every thing else... but I never played them as much as my old crapy "Silent Service II"!
The patrols were so simple and fun!!!
I used to play with a friend of mine.. He used the keyboard and me the mouse... We played it 4 hours in a row!
But now... I play the scripted Silent hunter 2 missions and thats it... The same thing goes to Enigma Rising Tides... (which is a game I LOVE!) Unfortunately I will finish it and put it on the box again...
These games could have so much to offer... Ok so Engima its mainly an Online game project... but theres also a Single Player version that i own it....
It should be target of special attention too. I kown newbies that play subsims 4 the first time and they dont like it... They miss the big fun factor... maybe if I haven't played Silent Service II (which is the cause i fallen in love by submarines) maybe i will have no love 4 subsims either...
One question will the single version get upadated as the online version will be? (I guess not ) Or will it be forgotten? I think that the single player version is a key to call ppl 4 the major online project...

Single player is just that- single player only. The Multi-player will be a free program to download, but cost per month to play, just like Warbirds or WWII Online, or Everquest, etc.
HOWEVER: There is a patch coming out for single player to give random missions and fix some small things. East, who is CEO of Tesseraction Games, has a chat on the Jabber server at Tides of War.net every Sunday. Tune in and hear news straight from the source!
and NO there is NO LAN support
