Tides of War

Well I haven't manage to pass the first campaign mission because the game always exit to windows (without saying any menssage or error) from 5 to 20 minutes after being playing...
ATI 9000 PRO

256 DRR

(I dont think mentionating the OS will help because

it happens in both win 98 and XP)

I think its memory (I guess the game needs more memory to run stable) while they say 256 r enough 4 the game...

HINT: The single player demo run very satable with random crashs very occasionaly...

Any one have the same problem? Or kown something that might help?

try lower you sound acceleration to NONE or BASIC in DXDIAG
click START->RUN

Type DXDIAG

Click OK

in the new window click SOUND

move the leveler down to NONE or BASIC

Click EXIT

Run ERT, if it still happens, run DXDIAG again and click 'save all information' and mail the file to support@warfleet.net.

Well i managed to play it 3 times without crashing using the sound in basic acceleration... but i found something else... When am in subs AA Guns and say set view... the game exits...
Oh Gog... Such beautifull and awesome game... just wasted in my HD as useless stuff...

Found something else... when i go to AA guns in mission 2... there is 120 ammo... but it says 0 while in bridge...
When i go to AA guns is all ok... i found also when i use the keys to exit the AA guns its all ok i did many times... but when i said set view.. the game emididately exit to windows...

Yes cause when you only have 1 clip of ammo left (the one in the AAgun) then bridge will say 0 as youre out of ammo, (or rather loading the last clip to the guns).

Im gonna try and see if that bug with the exit happens to me aswell, (a little later, I just got home)

nahh it was no bug... i was just expecting to see the all 1500 rounds on the AA gun LOL!
It reloads to another 240 round ammo clip.... and so on and so on.. until i get my AA ammo supply deblited!
