Catch The Pigeon Event Was Very Bias

USAAC received a private complaint concerning Catch the Pigeon, below is said complaint:
The complaint has been addressed by USAAC Event Mgmt and corrective steps have been taken. Thank you for the feedback as we all want a 'fair and even' game.The event was very bias from what I witness yesterday. I notice some of the Pigeons would let their squad members have easy collisions with them. Meaning, fly with gears down in level alt. While the rest of us had to work our butts off just to get a collision with a Pigeon. I type up several times in that event, that it was rigged each time I seen that violation. Even the person that was getting all the easy collisions type in open chat, that the Pigeons had to been on his squad, because he said it was too easy colliding with the Pigeons. If we have this event again, could we please have pilots that isn't with associated with any squads be the Pigeons ?
