Sound.ezv

Can anyone help me out? I'm trying to install E:RT on my lap top (which is up to date on all fronts) but it gets to 64% of installation and then stops. It blames the problem on the sound.ezv file. Any ideas on how to circumvent this problem. I'm dying to play the game.

Are you running out of disk space or is the file corrupted?
I'm swimming in space. I can't imagine how the file might be corrupted, it's a new disk.
what exactly is the error message?
It says:
An error occured during the file move process: -106
Component: Sound
Group File: Sound
File: Sounds.ezv
Any thoughts?
Run the uninstaller if it is available or at least completely remove the current install of Enigma. Re-install from the CD and watch for the same error. There is no reason that single file should fail.
Perhaps you could send a dxDiag report and a DIR of the CD to support@warfleet.net so we can find out what's wrong.
