Tides of War

I bought this game when the first hit the store. but with zero support and nothing happen about the multiplay part that the retailbox say i put the game in my drawer and forgott all about it. today i saw the japanese movie about the battleship yamamoto or how it spell and of some reason i remember the game. took me a while to find it agin. install it and when out for look after patch. And to my very suprise something had happen. mutliplay?? and many many patches...downloading one right now. first one was wrong. Can someone fill me in what the heck happen under all this years.
