Tides of War

Effective with this Sunday Practice/Friendly on Nov 19 2006 our first "official" Commanding Officer will assume command.

Please welcome ToW_Grim_Reaper as our New CO!!

Grim has the time, energy and knowledge to do a good job in this position and will add some well needed leadership to the "Band of Air Bro's".

Tbar will step down to the postion of 'advisor'. I will be as active as ever and working with Grim to help make the BSS a competitive squad as well as a great bunch of friends and mates.

When the squad gets pas the 'training' stages, and the members get more involved .. there is a lot more to do.. including the 'by laws'. I would like to see a system whereby every three months all the members cast a vote of 'confidence'. This vote simply says "I am happy with the current CO/XO of the BSS" .. if you vote no confidence then an election will be held for a New CO/XO team. No hard feelings, etc.

For now .. I simply call it, and I'm calling the leadership be turned over to Grim. Give Grim your full support. Grim will be appointing his own XO's as he see's fit. Air Boss the current XO will remain in place and will be as active as his schedule allows.

thanks guys...i'd like to get a couple more regularly scheduled practices sat up...list here when you'd be free to participate. as for now i dont exactly have an idea of when my schedule will permit me considering i just got a new job today, but anywho, lemme know when you guys are free and ill set up whatever is best for the squad

well every 3 weeks im free between about 6.30am and 8am GMT (after i finish work and before the wife gets up)
