FAQ:

Q) I can't stay logged in anywhere on Tides of War
A) Most likely you are blocking cookies, you need to allow cookies from *.tidesofwar.net

Q) I can't log in to service xyz.
A1) Do you have a valid login info for the specific area?
A2) From time to time we prune inactive forum members and members with invalid email addresses. You need to register again.

Q) I can't remember my login and/or password.
A) Use the "Password recovery" tool from the login page of the service you are trying to access. If you can't remember or no longer have access to the email address you used to register, then you need to register again.

Q) Never received a confirmation email?
A1) Make sure that emails from *@tidesofwar.net doesn't end up in your junk folder.
A2) Our mailserver usually delivers mails instantly to the remote SMTP server, naturally delays can occur, but most likely the email ended up in your junk folder.
--> if you haven't received it within 24 hours, use the "Resend confirmation email" tool on the registration page.
--> If you still don't receive it, then you may register again immediately or wait 3 days for the user name you selected to become available again.

Q) My question/problem isn't listed here
A) Ask your question, report your problem in this forum, but be descriptive!
