Inquiry: if the German nation annexed the region of the British Isles following the end of the Enigma WW1, is it feeasable that some time afterwards that the name of the area was changed to either the United German Kingdom or maybe, the German United Kingdom?

Germany didn't change the names of the countries they conquered, especially if they were treating them as a commonwealth. The Brits' largely observed the same rules...existing names (if not too barbaric) remained....honestly...don't you think they would have changed Canada to something more interesting? ;)

Technically, what I offered is simply a German translation of what they might be calling it.

In fact, Reichskommissariat Britannien might be even more apropos.

I simply based them on some of the actual German names for conquered territories and protectorates.
