Tides of War

I am in an escort destroyer against 3 subs which want to destroy my convoy.
How am I supposed to sink them?

Ok, my Problem is I can't get near enough to use depth charges(estimating depth and hitting with the charges is not the problem).

Since there are three of them one always gets me with a couple of torps.

Evading at a range of 500 or less is nearly impossible?(at least two me)

Any tactics/suggestions appreciated

Keep yer eyes peeled, and reduce your size to incoming torps on a proximity priority, ie head straight on for those closest damned tinfish 9 times out of 10 you'll be left breathing, also once engaged by subs a few false runs of short DC runs in their general direction sends them scurrying, for a short while anyway

Heading straight for them works better than zigzaging to mess up their TMA

(..cause they don't do TMA ).

the last sub got me though, but next time I'll hopefully get them.

I shouldn't be giving tips to the IGN but as they our the only other faction i've played aparte from the RNE (LFN) try sending the convoy away from the U-Boats the convoy hast to survive a certan time i only sunk 2 of the U-Boats  8)
