Ive read here several times that you cant buy it in the US but i found on Amazon.com that you can:

Yes you can buy the game from Amazon and/or from any other website that ships to USA.
However they will ship the UK release and not the US version, I think I told you the difference between them the other day, or wa it to someone else?
Wasent me i just found out about this game this morning.
Ok the only difference to my knowledge is that the US version has the upcoming patch built'in and is named 'US version' instead of 'UK version'

I have checked at my local GameStop and they do not even list it at all!

We just signed with Dreamcatcher Friday. It takes a bit to get the stores to show new products in their listings. Rest assured, it is on the way.
from what i've saw, Gamestop wont be carrying this title. EB will be covering this title in North America and that is where i will be pre-ordering the game from.
