i seem to have nav lights transposed as well as port/starboard changed around which is obviously confusing for an old sea dog like me to get a warning of torpedoes to port only to see them come whizzing along from the side of the ship which has a red nav light.. ie starboard.....confusing? 😵😵

how can this be? lol

surely no one would have made such an elementary mistake as this so how can the program have switched them?

:?

Which version are you running?

I'm pretty sure that was fixed in one of the patches.

kaje, I dont know if you're spoofing me or not mate but green lights go on the starboard side and red on the port even if you're shippin' it green and hangin' off the yardarm!!

By the way im using v 2.0.1.a patched straight to gold. Is there another patch I should have applied first? :?

We are doing a complete pass through the system to fix any inconsistencies with our system. Sorry for the confusion.

No particular ship. When you get the torpedo warnings they will say "Red" or "Green". I learned in my 22 year naval career that "Left" and "Port" have four letters. That leaves "Starboard' meaning "Right".

Port and Starboard never change on a vessel since the bow is the reference point. Facing aft can be a bit confusing but there has to be some challenges in a Sailor's live.

If you check a British Sailor's hat the left side of the inside top is red and the right side is green. If the poor Bloke is p----- (drunk) he can always tell how his hat is to be worn.
