Everyone always seems to do their mottos in Latin, thus you could do "Semper Vigilo", or "Always Vigilant."

Myself, it'd have to be "Corripe Cervisiam" or "Seize the Beer!"

A few other good ones might be:

"Re vera, potas bene" = " Say, you sure are drinking a lot"

"bonum vinum laetificat cor hominis" = "good wine gladdens a person's heart"

"da mihi sis cerevisiam dilutam" = "I'll have a light beer."

"Hocine bibo aut in eum digitos insero" = "Do I drink this or stick my fingers in it?"

"aut viam inveniam aut faciam" = "I'll either find a way or make one"

"si post fata venit gloria non propero" = "if glory comes after death, I'm not in a hurry"

"Neutiquam erro." = "I am not lost."
