Tides of War

I have US version 2.1.3. I can't reinstall after the first time I installed the game. I had to uninstall, now I can't reinstall. Get a file copying error about 16% into the install process saying error-106 fx.ezv file. Is there a problem with the CD key that prevents me from reinstalling? I've tried most of the other suggestions. Need help!

First thing: reboot.

Now, get the starforce removal tool (posted at www.warfleet.net) and run it. Then physically find and remove the directory you installed Enigma to. Next...reboot.

Now try installing.
