Updating Game

OK, I have the US version. I downloaded the enigmausapatch 1.3a and b, I have installed them both. Right now I am downloading the gold patch, Can I install it now, or do I uninstall and reinstall the game, then install the gold patch without the 1.3 a and b patch. Or is the Gold patch for an entire different version of the game?? Hope I didn't confuse anyone
