Will MP factions be able to run drills within their faction or will all training have to take place in the heat of battle?

You be able to train your crew whilst not in battle.

That includes but is not limited to :

Diving, Surfacing, aiming, manouvering, reloading, maybe also spotting.

All crew will be expected to carry out SOC's (System Operator Checks ) at 0800 zulu time every day just to make sure.

oh...and don't forget to go over command and control so people are up to speed....
