Problems With Enigma Plzzzz Help!

ok ok i just got the game and when itry to install at like 70% it says error in move date process component:music

File music.ezu CAN SOME ONE PLEASE HELP!!!!

A Few suggestions:

Disable your Anti Virus software while installing.

Run chkdsk

Defrag the drive youre installing to

Install from a different CDROM drive

Install to a different Drive / Location

Did it help? if not shout back and please dont use all uppercase words

Sounds like your CDRom is corrupt, you should return it to the retailer and get a replacement copy.

I installed Enigma the first time without closing any processes like firewalls or virus detectors.

Later I uninstalled and then the game would not reinstall, even after closing security programs. What did work was booting to Safe Mode (F8) then installing the game.

Safe mode installs may be the norm someday because of all the complex security products running on computers.

There is a PCI latency error in many a computer that have VIA chip sets on their motherboards. This error can cause corruption when copying large files from one drive to another. I know. I've been there in the past.

Does your PC contain a VIA chip set? If so, search around for VIA's latest patches for your system. If not, then it could be so many other things.

Thanks for responding. The game is installed an running fine at the moment.

My priority right now is finding the patch for the U.S. Gold version 3.0.1. Do you happen to know the exact file name for that download and where it's located? Posts on the forum say there is a patch but I'm starting to think it was taken down.
