Battle Formations

I dont know if anyone has suggested this at all, but it would be really nice if one could direct the ships under his command into different formations in order to maximize the ammount of fire his force can direct at the enemy or protect the weaker ships.

It would also be cool if you could get your allies to help in a fish run.

Well that's my 2 cents. I hope you guys pick it apart

Set formations eh?

You can command your ships to do certain things - like attack, escort or move to - but some set "OOW manouevres" certainly would be great
