Ok, I'll just rattle...

-Will we be able to fly bombers/flying boats ever?

-Will we fly sea planes off cruisers/BBs?

-Will there be submarines like the I-400 with plane hangars?

-Will there be zeppelins like the Akron or Macon that can launch planes?

-Will there be cruisers or BBs with small reconaissance zeppelins tethered to them (yes, I've seen it)?

And of course...

-Will there be a battleship which launches a zeppelin which launches a plane which fires a torpedo which deploys a submarine, which launches yet another plane, which drops a box, which opens up to reveal a jeep with Sesame Street's Big Bird at the wheel? Image

I wouldn't have it any other way, Admiral...

You can fly your colors on my boat any time, but on my bridge, I'm the one giving orders, you can just sit back and watch. :D;)

But, in all seriousness, I'm a big fan of sea planes and it would be nice to launch some off of my cruiser.

One must say, it is an original concept! Not since the days of the original Crimson Skies have I even condiered the thought -- there, seaplane-launching submarines were all the rage.

I look forward to seeing large, yellow birds being deployed in a combat role.

Excellent ideas. And this IS an alternate timeline, so why not? :D

I've always been a fan of the flying porcupine. I want a couple slung under my airship to do my bidding...

What about more, conventional naval aircraft? A Sea Hurricane, for instance, used by the RN.

Oh, by the way, when the next installment arrives, will the aircraft have the ability to shoot at other planes?

Not sure if Sea Hurricanes would even exist in this timeline. If they did, they'd probably end up like the poor Mosquito - Working for the Damned Hun :(

Wouldn't mind seeing the RAFE flying some Zeros Image

Funny thing, I remember reading somewhere that a good portion of RAF aeroplanes were built in Canada. Since Western Canada is supporting the LFN, it is conceivable that a few aircraft engineers escaped to Canada, and are, even now, constructing sleek new fighters and bombers for the RNE and the IJN.
