Iv been reading around and iv noticed people refering to the MP part of the game. So I was wondering how to get it to work and everything.

I know everyones probably asking, but how long will it be until it's finished?
And will there be a charge for the service?

It was scheduled for Q4-04 but it has been delayed cause Shawn(lead programmer) and Howard(lead gfx artist) left Tesseractiongames recently to work for a local competitor.
TAG has recently hired new staff, but they are in the process of training them in what E:RT is to be like.
The price for MP will be around US$10-12/mo

From what I've been reading it sounds like it'll be worth the wait. It isn't as expensive as I'd thought it would have been. It's around ?5-?6 for me so it should be worth the charge. And I hope there's carriers and battleships. =)
Or at least some cruisers.
