I take it you mean when you are below perescope depth... or not using the tactical binoculars..
easiest with voice command

on DD's etc select the tubes you want activated "tubes starboard" (i think)

when you want to fire the next available tube simply yell "Launch Tube" at the top of your lungs

(i think thats right, see UNDOCUMENTED VOICE COMMANDS in the tips section for a more accurate rendition)

Or you can do what i normally do and say

"FIRE TORPS ERR LAUNCH TORPEDOES ERR SH*T JUST KILL THE BLOODY THING HARD A PORT NO STARBOARD LAUNCH FIRE ....I SAID FIRE OH GOD

F**K IT"

Then enjoy the sight of 10 enemy torps hitting your hull!

There is no torpedo auto fire like there is with the guns.

On subs mine goes like this

CRASH DIVE.........oh bu**er DIVE DIVE DIVE

then in confusion, forget to select depth and end up way too deep.

other freaky ones include
"I SAID I'M COMING!!" (to dinner or whatever) gets pucked up as either all back flank or hard to starboard! (both if i say it twice!)

and if i tap the mic by accident the B-TAC screen comes up!
