*NOTE: No, this is not official, just did it for fun after completing the IGN Sub campaign today*

Chancellor Richtofen announced early today that the Imperial German Navy is undergoing a new phase of construction to counter the recent attacks by the Americans and LFN. A new "pocket battleship" design is now entering production, with IGN shipyards in Germany, France, and the British Isles converting and building new vessels to the new specifications.

"We're confident that our new design will both save us money and provide the KLM with the ability to mass-produce a new line of powerful ships with which to counter the bold-faced aggression and treachery that we've recently been the victims of," Richtofen stated at the press conference. Armed with three triple 15" turrets, the new class of ships gives the KLM "a mix of economy and firepower greater than any we've enjoyed until now." This recent turn of events will also allow the IGN to quickly replace the capital ships that are being converted to carriers.

When asked about structural soundness and overall performance, the design team engineers declined to comment.

Naw, wouldn't get a chance to fire. If even one of those guns traversed to point directly to one side it'd tip the boat over.

Imagine the look on Richtofen's face when they showed him plans for a S-Boot with a twin 5-incher :D.
