Did sail based naval history at degree level (wooden walls!) and love the game. Except the subs - hope the developers don't ever put swear boxes on board or I will be down a lotta cash !
Does this make me a statistical anomaly - early thirties female player? Esp one playing for the RNE. (well when I say player that's a loose term, I would be more accurate if my De had rocks for me to throw at the darned submarines !!!! hehe...take THAT you brute !)
I love driving subs too (just cos I get to say "Dive dive dive") but there's just something about a surface ship......and yes, even the MTBs (you can get a good tan in those!)
