I Love Enigma the Rising Tides. I also know that the current court battle with your

former partner has put an abrubt damper on things. On top of that you rescently lost your lead programmer. What im about to say is my own personal opinion and

I do not like the idea of extended play . The trouble involved uploading and downloading progress / updates /patches should be done when the game goes

live in multiplayer. As bad as i hate to say this cause I really like the game and want to play it like,, now: I would rather wait for Multiplayer.

I think you should wait on your lawsuit, Get your money back, Hire a Great programmer, Finish MMORPG, and basically start over, Re-release it, run adds, and do it right. I know the reason you are considering XP is to raise funds for multi

player. Well when you win your lawsuit money wont be an issue with a million bucks to play with. (or howerver much are sewing for).

The 2 systems of law in uk , both north and south have that ' subjudicary ' thing , I understand doesn't apply in USA . Altho , I understood the contract is subject to law in Oregon as included in agreement , from what I remember reading on some googled page , is that so ?

On both sides of pond it is slow to sort these things .

I discovered Enigma thru a demo disc in a magazine , and it is a pity that more can't be done like that to increase the numbers .

Now , an awkward situation to sort out , and have such to promote Enigma , as I believe a free demo more available here would increase even more the numbers .

At present it seems restrictions about that hinder any other company promoting it.

Well, it appears that pretty much everyone who will vote has voted. It seems that XP would need a real ad campaign to jumpstart it. I'm sure if some big news about ERT would really go public, then the game's sales would jump.

Enigma definitely has the potential .

With an ad campaign it would take off .

One snag ,, the GMX case .
