Well theres a point why do we need an Aust version, when most others give us the UK versions anyway when a new game comes to town.

I have DLd the patch but have yet to install it. Just wanna check that the profile will back compatible with the pre patch game so that if i have to reinstall when it comes out officially i dont have to start from scratch again.

Is the patch out yet? didnt see it at dreamcatcher. Also, curious, in case i didnt see whats on the patch, wel..., whats on the patch.? PLEASE tell me that you guys added a time acceleration. I love the game, but playing for an hour only to feed the fishes sucks. just a thought

Will the voice response pack be released at the same time as the official patch?
Right now all I have is Homer Simpson responding with "Aye, Aye, Captain" whenever I give a command
Me: /takes aim/ "Fire tube"
Homer: "Aye, Aye, Captain"
Me: /laughing, unable to hold mouse steady/ "fire tube heehee"
Homer: "Aye, Aye, Captain"
/torp goes nowhere near where I wanted it/
Me: "#@$%@"
Homer: "Aye, Aye, Captain"
/crew stands down/
Me: "Grrrrr!!!" "battle stations"
Homer: "Aye, Aye, Captain"
Me: /laughing/

Those voice responses are only in the last private TEST patch. The release candidate (public beta) patch has no voice pak.

Hey East,
I am using the 'public beta', I added the Homer response myself. Did you guys really use the Homer "Aye, Aye, Captain" in testing?
I was just wondering, since the readme states that the voicepack will be a seperate download, if it will be available at the same time the official patch is released or if we will have to wait a while for it.
