Looks like I've finally found a game forum where I'm not one of the "old timers." :D

I'm 26 here and have been a gamer since the days of the Atari, and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon. Looking forward to some nice naval battles with ya'll.

28, just about the right age for a dashing Naval commander with a modicum of experience and lashings of flair, vim, and hauteur...honest ;)
Only just bought this game three days ago and find it compelling, addictive, frustrating, challenging, entertaining, engrossing....but mainly frustrating until i got my first sub kill. Though it's still a matter of luck as to whether my tinnies crack any hulls, I must say that these forums are first rate in giving helpful advice as to how this game should be approached.

Will get back to reading the rest of the forum topics now but just thought I'd introduce myself. I'll be the one asking damn fool questions during my rites du passage through this game.  enigma!:
good on you and the best part of that to is you will get decent answers form the guys running this forum you will receive help ,and an warm welcome,im new as well ,but was greeted by pioneer when i jioned up and hes an australian like me too and only lives several hours from me,hows that more important hes an professional sailer and does so at national Australian level, you cant go wrong here i beleive. good hunting .
