Gentleman,
After tweaking the "sensitivity" of the voice commands in windows, and continueing with the "training" of voice command, things have improved. Id like to thank you all for your assistance!

O, there IS still a problem...but oddly enough, it only seems to happen with American boats.....
Unprompted, Ill hear "Engagin target, aye aye, sir" over, and over, and over, and over, and....you get it. It wont shut uo. Havent had it happen aboard the other faction ships however.

Next time try press 'V' then mute your wife, stereo and tv (and yourself) for about 10-15 secs. then press 'V' again, did it stop ? if yes then unmute what you muted and play on

There is no background noise. None. Its me with headphones on, and no othe rnoise in the room. ive played with the V key...no avail so far...

I've had this happen, too. I just shut down the speakers until it stops. I think I reported this somewhere here.
