If they are ex Admiralty they will have crown copyright attached as and they will generally be duplicates of pictures held by the the IWM which is the official place of deposite for all MOD pictures.
They have Crown Copyright printed on the back. Just have two of the destroyers Quantock and Tumult. They look like very early first generation prints from the negs as they are quite aged in appearance and huge at roughly A3 size - got them off EbayUK for ?2 each - cheaper than IWM copies
