Everything from open to close has been changed. Europe will get the patch when we have stopped GMX from selling any more copies: Yes, they still are selling our product and haven't paid a penny for it. (I think that's called PIRACY...).

It is not 2 CD's, it is 1 CD, the audio on the CD has been upgraded to CD quality and is extracted from the game. The Patch will not have the Soundtrack (contractual stuff...).

What is the situation re GMX versions of ERT. Will I be able to patch it up to equivalent to gold?

I bought the GMX version in good faith from amazon.co.uk, and only found out about the legal etc problems afterwards.

Like I said, we are finishing up the legal hassle and people who purchased the GMX version of the game WILL be able to patch up, it just may take a little longer.

Thats good to know...if it does turn out you lose money because of the GMX affair I for one would be happy to pay a reasonable surcharge for upgrades.
