i'm more on surface combat especially when the BB's become availabe....U can still reign supreme even though u are surrounded by more than 15 DE's and a BB's...All of them gone to the buttom....

I love subs too, but only the reliable ones: preferably 688s and 21s.Run silent, run deep...love submarines. Looking forward to MP as those of us with experience under the waves can be quite deadly.....BEWARE...LOL
WWII iron coffins just scare me.

I love sub combat but theres more action on the surface and it doesnt take so long to kill someone.

My opinion of submarines- Dynamite fishing for already canned sardines.
Gimme a Lohengrin and I'm happy. I can shoot, I can run, I can torp... I'm not stuck making a pivot turn that takes five minutes in order to line up a torpedo salvo that'll probably get dodged...The vertical stack on the Lohengrin is hideous, but it's just such a nice ship... I've taken a total of two torpedo hits ever in that marvelous vessel. She dances when she fights.
Barbarossa isn't bad, but it's just too sluggy. And the British and American ships don't have the same feel.
