Old/slow stuff so that air power isn't too dominant, Gladiators, Swordfish, etc. I'd like to see BBs still king (old german wwi bbs since they won't be on the bottom at Scapa Flow now).

Nope, just got ERT the other day and haven't done anything except for a few training missions so far(badly). Just figured that if they won.... Guess that will save some modeling. lol

The Spitfire has to be in if there is land in the game I think the Spitfire is the best plane ever made. (it is so good that I see one every day when I have my coffee). But what about the naval planes such as the Fairey Gannet, the Hawker Sea Hawk FB5, Hawker Sea Hurricane 1B

The Tirpitz and the Bismark have been turned into Battlecarriers.

I agree, this game is about surface/submarine action, I'd hate to see it transform into a game were carriers are the most important ship in the fleet - lets leave that for another game.

As for aircraft - leave it to biplanes and seaplanes. That way they're not to dominant but they can still cause substantial damage to ships.

I agree 100% with Lone Wulf. Continuing with the alternate history idea, perhaps the vulnerability of carriers will be exposed necessitating the return to naval engagements between well-armed, big-gun surface fleets. love:

An Uberbismarck perhaps? (since they turned my old ship into a stupid carrier) >;(

If the carrier idea is abandoned early enough, maybe most of the more formidable carrier-based aircraft would have never been built? huh:

not of all carrier-based aircraft were made up only for carrirer, the zero was made up because the japan needed a aircraft than escort the bombres in chines land and it could take off in 110 meters.
