So ... what's happened ?

If its not too personal .. i would like a copy of the emails sent so I know what to expect etc.
There is more to this story than meets the eye.. time will tell I think. I have been able to put some other pieces of the puzzle together.. some I can prove, others just come as a silent anonymous email. It seems there was an outside agenda to cause disruption within the BSS. That agenda was unknown to Joker and Tango this I am sure of.. but it worked. In addition this little process for the Ravens was going on for some time as you can't put a CLP team together with only three pilots. The Ravens were listed yesterday on the CLP, and today this date that squad has been removed .. something amiss there. Ok.. so game over now and we move on.
I am pleased at what you tried to do Burton, very pleased. Obviously I could not have made that effort, and its good that you know first hand about the situation and not 2nd hand from me...
I am ashamed for Joker. Before this incident.. there is no way I would have ever thought or conceived Joker would do what he has done and the way he did it. No Way. Joker has access to many private areas of ToW and the BSS. With this report I must make changes pronto. One thing I don't want done is our mailer being used as a vindictive tool, I'll give this much credit that I don't think Joker would allow same, nor would Tango.. I put nothing past Ripp however.
I will send Joker and Tango an email separately and let them know I have no animosity or any type of ill will. I will be wishing them good luck with their new project. I will send you a copy Burton.
Jumping on your case with AA and in the arena's.. especially in public .. I am ashamed again for them. This is rudeness, and something they claim I was. You know .. we would never allow any BSS pilot to run down another squad etc. We placed ourselves above that type of behavior. We will make sure our pilots have nothing shameful to say in return to any hurtful remarks made by Raven members. Its a shame that the only pilot in the room that understood something was wrong with the conversation was Tango.. a CO should have stepped in and corrected that.
I will be sending out some emails shortly as reminders for practice etc and matches coming up so it will be business as usual.
Thus I hope there won't be pilots hearing things on the sly and thinking the BSS is folding. I am sure that Joker will be contacting BSS pilots as he has a full email address listing. As far as answering any BSS pilot as to why Joker left the squad .. it will be simply: to give his own hand at trying to start a squad from scratch all on his own .. and that we wish him the best of luck etc. I'll justify Tango as a supporting hand. Unless you have some other suggestion I think that is all our pilots need to know. If they want more detail we can give it to them one on one privately.
This is the first bump in the road for the BSS since its existence. As far as I know we have only kicked out two members of the BSS.. and both for bad conduct (one was goofy who is now a co of the BBC). This squad will survive and who knows maybe stronger than before and pick up the pace very quickly. There is no one for CO right now except myself. This puts me in a real bind .. however for continuity etc I think that is the best recourse in that you don't have the time and neither does Zarn. I will be looking for a real CO as we go as I do not want to be the CO of any squadron if possible, I have far to much work to do in other gaming areas.
The Air Assassins .. I think I have a CO for that Squadron. However, if that does not pan out I will be forced to fold that Squad as I can't possible tend to two squads .. Impossible task for me. If I do have to folds it.. I'll keep the active pilots for the BSS. There is no current talent there.. but there is super potential.
That is all for now .. I have to make permission changes to Joker and Tango etc .. all thru the system. That should take up two hours of my time.
Salute!
