I doubt if I can commit to the twice a week schedule, but count me in for some fur singeing. I think its safe to assume we'll be short on priest/druid healers but, in the unlikely event we're not, I can pretty much guarantee that my armour is more hairy than anyone elses and surprisingly flame-retardant.

On a practical note, I think we should do a couple of UBRS runs to practice together, as well as improve gear.

I think its about time I created a joint forum area to contain details of raids (including Horde on Tour!) and common information like addons & links. Any thoughts on this?

Hey :0,

Read about a similair idea on Holy Cow forum, will be something like Feral Death Cow Raid group or something ;).

As we all want to keep our guild identity we agreed to a guild alliance ,for the Molten core or other joined ventures the current forums are good enough in my opinion .Gives our fellow lower level guildies a good idea to what the 60's are up to as well as share in the info. The cross refrencing of posts also makes the other forums with its own info, rants, stories available so plenty of good reads when at work ;)

Lets just inform our members as best as possible and stimulate forum use.

As for a MC run ,practising is good (and neccesary for raid set-up/communication) but honestly I would want to get in there as fast as orcishly possible and not waste months on other raids that should be done within own guild first. But thats just my opinion ;).

Hi all,

I'm interested in joining the raid group but I may be a bit unreliable due to working irreglar hours. If I can make it and you have space count me in!

I do feel that we need to work together a bit first though, how about 1 night a week guild alliance night where we go and raid somewhere appropriate for the number of people on (ie ZG or UBRS). I still have a lot to learn and could do with the kit and practice ;)

Hi all

I would definitely like to join the group for MC....

So would atleast 10 lvl 60ies from Holy Cow, including a priest.

There?s a few points I?d like to make:

I too, as Koren, would like to get started as fast as trollishly possible....have been doing scholo and strat atleast 70 times and ubrs a good 25 times and frankly I?m sick of it.....I find it hard to improve my character much pre-MC, having replaced most of my magisters pieces with +dmg gear since that set sucks bigtime. Besides, if the process is dragging out you may find it hard to keep the kettle boiling...

Last nights "outing" is not representative in any way as to peoples raid experience/capability....

Several lower lvls attended(which was just great!) and the sole purpose was a bit of fun and getting to know eachother. It wasnt an organized raid but just some gung-ho action whilst having a few laughs.

"Seikou" is something we have to address aswell...Several (if not all!) of us has made a commitment to that raiding group, and even though Shackles is absent until the 25. I still feel obligated. Furthermore our MT (Spitfire) is returning and has stated he will set up raids until Shackles is back. It?s impossible to be in 2 MC groups (regularly atleast) so a solution needs to be found (imo). A suggestion might be to invite the "unknown entity" guild to join the MC group, or we could all join Seikou and keep the MC part there. I?d really like to hear your thoughts on this.....I know Seikou is inactive atm but it may be a bad idea to start all over again.

Anyway I?m looking forward to fight, die and ultimately triumph together with you lot - be it in Seikou or whatever!

Cheers

Arn't they a pvp guild? I dont see many of their members about

I think we are going have way too many warriors tho unless you can chuck them in as more duarable rogues, a good specced/geared pvp warrior can dish out horrible damage as we all know and can take alot more hits. When i did mc that one time i found the best way to avoid damage was dont be where the damage is... its not that hard and your don't need healed that often unless you get a nasty debuff...

Horrible and deadthing should be 60 soon as well as pjeete so thats 3 more priests from DA

also ladymadonnax will surely be back when her character problem and exams are over so plus one more druid. Heal spec druid.

And yes I am interested in tanking for mc or zg i just like tanking anything tbh...

Hey :),

Good point Farzil, with the last known Seikou set up and the addtion of the guilded people that are ready to join out of our alliance we would be on battle strenght for MC in no time .Also The commitment we made to Seikou should not be forgotten, thnx for pointing that out to me...guess I am just in a real hurry to start runs ;).

This would also solve the communications gap between the three forums/sites as the joined Seikou forum site could or can be used then for communication on joined events.Currently the forum isn't used much cause of Shackles absence, but if Spitfire is ready to start it up again we have a platform right there.

What do you think Deathawaits?, Rekindle the Seikou fire or light up a new one?.

Heya again!

Two things:

1: Please write your class with your post, i can't remember all of you.

2: Some people aren't aware of this: I'm not trying to get a "ehm, we're not going to do this anyway, let's do ZG"-group together. I'm just asking to sign up if you're interested in MC. If you're getting into MC it's no "let's try", it's either do or don't!

Some pretty personal note: I don't have to do this. I'm in an existing MC group already, and i think we're doing pretty fine (6 bosses down). I just thought, raiding with guildies would be nice...

1) making any negative comments is NOT a personal slight - just ppl trying to be realistic about their own ability to do this at this moment in time - and their confidence in the group

2) yes I have been to MC - not on this char but several times as a priest - on all except one occasion being the MT healer - this was AFTER much raiding/training as guild from around lvl 54 upwards inc every size of raid possible at that point and lots of 5-man to ensure skills/role are well-learnt

3) I would be delighted to see a MC group forming from guilders/allied guilds - BUT I seriously do not think most people are yet ready or confident in the grps raiding abilities at all and MC is one hell of a tough place to find out ppl are not ready.....

4) I am not knocking either you or th wish to go to MC - ofc I want to go! its the whole point of getting this far - to be able to do the endgame stuff - but....

morale - setting th bar so high it is destined to fail will not boost morale or give incentive to try again

training is ESSENTIAL - brushing up on class skills/role/use of mods like raidassist and following/giving clear intructions is vital- yes a lot of ppl are at this point already and would be fine in MC - but a larger number of ppl I suspect are most definitely not - we have not even had one single 10-man guild raid yet afaik.....

pls do not take this personally - it isn't personal at all - hopefully in just a few weeks this situation will change dramatically and MC will be an attainable goal for the majority of ppl - I want this to happen!

er yay make me feel like a charity case then

Thing is DA going straight into MC skipping ZG is a great idea. An idea is what it is, your going to have to work within the confines of reality and peoples real lives. Skipping a 20 man raid instance isn't superfluous, its the kind of stuff we need to do before the big guns. And I'd like some of the pretty epics from ZG too so I'm not running around like everyother "valor/might boy".

Plus theres a damn wicked one handed tanking sword that drops in ZG
