Does this editor work with Gold edition ?? because i can't see any index or custompatrol files in my Gold folder

hmm well. the right question is ; where do i find this patch to be able to use editor for Gold edition ?

My new copy of Enigma GOLD international version, (purchased in USA) has a version number of 3.01...

and when I read the forums that stated the international GOLD version needed a mini-patch to allow custom missions, I tried to apply the english mini patch and got an error saying "bad game install"..

I really think more details and revised details need to be posted in the history of versions for each geographical area.

The end result is that I finally got the mission editor working without a mini-patch, or so it seems currently..

Timetraveller, You have done awesome work and produced a great time-saving device for all armchair Admirals out there..

To reload a previously saved mission, press the "BROWSE for mission" button).

I hope you can show me what I am missing if it is already built in.. or add this mission critical feature for those who cant do it all in one sitting.

Cpt-Maxim,

The Browse for Mission button on the Mission Setup window should allow you to edit a previously saved mission (the .DAT file).

Assuming you are getting an error when browsing for an existing mission, could you e-mail me the two files for the mission you can't reload with the editor? (the .DAT and .EMS files). I'll have a look.

Im sorry to bother you, it turns out that I was blind. It is working fine, I simply did not see the button which was right there all the time.

I guess I was expecting the button to say "LOAD" instead of "BROWSE".
